His career spans some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including The Fat Duck, The Hind’s Head, and The Royal Oak Paley Street, where he earned a Michelin star and numerous national accolades.
For over a decade, Dom owned The Beehive in White Waltham, earning recognition in The Sunday Times Top 25 Country Pubs for Food and reaching the top 10 of the UK’s Top 50 Gastropubs. His latest venture is another great success – the popular Crown at Burchetts Green.
