His career spans some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including The Fat Duck, The Hind’s Head, and The Royal Oak Paley Street, where he earned a Michelin star and numerous national accolades.
For over a decade, Dom owned The Beehive in White Waltham, earning recognition in The Sunday Times Top 25 Country Pubs for Food and reaching the top 10 of the UK’s Top 50 Gastropubs. His latest venture is another great success – the popular Crown at Burchetts Green.
Now, in partnership with the Riverside Marquee, Dom brings his culinary expertise to your event. Working closely with his trusted team and our event specialists, he designs and delivers bespoke menus tailored to your tastes and vision.
